About the Role As the Sales Administrative Associate, you will be the central hub between our customers, sales team, warehouse, and operations groups. Youll process wholesale and marketing orders, manage account onboarding, ensure accurate invoicing and shipping coordination, and support the customer journey from order placement to delivery. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday, communicates with ease, and takes pride in accuracy and follow-through. What Youll Do Sales Administration • Enter wholesale and marketing orders into Oracle NetSuite, • Send pick/pack requests to the fulfillment team and monitor order flow, • Track EDI, API, and WSM connections and manage electronic document flow, • Process invoices, back orders, and account receivables (for smaller accounts), • Onboard new wholesale customers and create new vendor accounts, • Coordinate outbound shipments and partner with warehouse staff to ensure timely delivery, • Manage returns, exchanges, chargebacks, RA and RTV processes, • Generate commission reports and process vendor bills, • Prepare monthly financial summaries for accountingCustomer Service, • Communicate with customers to take and confirm orders and shipment details, • Respond to inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide high-quality support via email and phone, • Partner closely with our internal and external sales teams to ensure seamless serviceWhat You Bring, • Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, • 2+ years of sales operations, wholesale support, or related customer service experience, • Strong administrative, organizational, and time-management skills, • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines, • Professional communication skills and a customer-first mindset, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, • SPS Commerce experience required, • NetSuite experience strongly preferred, • Experience with Authorize.net or similar tools is a plusSuccess Looks Like, • Responding to all customer inquiries within 24 hours, • Managing multiple priorities while meeting deadlines, • Demonstrating strong problem-solving skills, especially with escalations, • Ensuring accuracy in all order-entry, shipping coordination, and financial processesPhysical Requirements, • Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use, • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. as neededWhy Join La Brigade de Buyer?
