    Dental Office Manager – Pediatric Dentistry (Full-Time) 📍 Cedarhurst, NY We are a new pediatric dental practice in Cedarhurst NY seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager to lead front office operations and help establish strong systems as the practice grows. This role is ideal for a confident, organized leader with deep knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and team management. Responsibilities: • Oversee daily dental office operations and front desk management, • Set up and manage insurance portals, fee schedules, and billing systems, • Handle Medicaid dental and PPO insurance workflows, claims, and follow-ups, • Manage patient scheduling, collections, and financial coordination, • Lead, train, and support administrative staff, • Ensure excellent patient communication and customer service, • Collaborate with the doctor to build efficient, scalable office systems Qualifications: • Prior experience as a Dental Office Manager or Dental Front Office Manager, • Strong working knowledge of Medicaid dental and PPO insurance plans, • Technology-savvy and comfortable implementing office systems, • Experience with Open Dental preferred, • Fluent in English and Spanish, • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills, • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Compensation: • Very competitive compensation, based on experience (Discussed on interview), • Significant growth and advancement potential as the practice expands

QUALIFICATIONS  High School or equivalent diploma  Basic computer knowledge in all Microsoft Suite applications preferred  Excellent interpersonal and flexibility skills required  Valid, unrestricted NYS Driver’s License in accordance with Agency Standards  Bi Lingual a plus but not required
