POSITION SUMMARY A Financial Controller at The Paramount oversees the accounting department functions with a focus on ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of financial statements and reporting. The Financial Controller is responsible for maintaining and implementing proper procedures throughout the department as directed by the Director of Finance. A Financial Controller will work in a collaborative environment across various departments and assist and complete projects as necessary from the Director of Finance. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES • Coordinate, organize and oversee the operations of the accounting department under the direction of Director of Finance and General Manager., • Prepare and/or review daily, weekly and monthly reports in accordance with reporting calendars, ensuring that all reports are submitted on a timely basis., • Assist in ensuring the accuracy of weekly payroll of all departments. The Challenge As the Director of CX Sales, you will lead the end-to-end go-to-market strategy and execution for OneTrust's full Customer Experience value portfolio in North America —including Professional Services, Partner Services, Premium Support, Customer Success Packages, and other CX commercial offerings. This leader is responsible for ensuring all offerings are positioned to drive measurable customer success and business value. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, Partners & Alliances and the broader CX organization to integrate our capabilities into compelling, scalable, and repeatable sales motions.
