The Role We are seeking a strong, disciplined, and results-driven Dental Assistant Office Manager to lead daily operations, drive team performance, and ensure an outstanding patient experience. This is not a clerical role. This is a leadership position responsible for: • Operational execution, • Team accountability, • Patient flow management, • Financial performance, • Compliance standards The ideal candidate operates the office as if it were their own business. Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team Management • Lead, coach, and hold staff accountable to performance standards, • Conduct structured team meetings and performance reviews, • Foster a professional, organized, and disciplined work environment, • Participate in interviewing and hiring decisions, • Onboard and train new team members, • Manage scheduling, patient flow, and daily productivity, • Ensure the office operates efficiently during high-volume hours, • Oversee payroll hours, supply costs, and expense controls, • Monitor production and performance metrics, • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies, • Maintain accurate and secure patient records, • Resolve escalated patient concerns, • Maintain a high level of customer service, • Minimum 2 years of office management or supervisory experience, • Experience in a dental or healthcare setting preferred, • Strong leadership presence and communication skills, • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, • Comfort with financial metrics and performance tracking, • Professional demeanor and organizational discipline Preferred: • Experience managing teams of 5+ employees, • Familiarity with dental practice management software, • In-person role, • Local travel between offices may be required Compensation & Benefits • Salary starting from $65,000 (final offer based on experience and qualifications), • Performance-based bonus opportunities, • Health, dental, and vision insurance, • 401(k) with company match, • Paid time off and holidays, • Discounted orthodontic care for you and your family, • Loan assistance for dental assistant school and continuing education Applicants have rights under Federal Employment Laws.
