Job Description Position Overview: The Director of HTP (Hard to Place) and SILP (Supervised Independent Living Program) will be responsible for ensuring the daily operations of the Inwood House ACS Residential Programs. The programs encompass a holistic and therapeutic approach with a focus on ensuring permanency for young people. The Director of HTP and SILP is also responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of current programs as well as ensuring the infusion of all new programming initiatives. Together with the input and support of the Senior Division Director of Residential Services, the Director will ensure that each young person’s individual needs are being met in a qualitative manner which is informed by best practices in the field. Contract Analyst What you will be doing: The Contract Analyst is responsible for the creation of analytic deliverables to support strategies to bring top value to the membership and revenue opportunities for Premier. Qualifications Education & Experience • Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred., • Minimum of 2 years payroll experience, preferably in a nonprofit or multi-site environment., • Experience using ADP Workforce Now required., • Familiarity with time and attendance systems (e.g. ADP Time & Attendance) preferred., • Experience working with union payroll and collective bargaining agreements a plus. Skills & Competencies • Strong understanding of payroll regulations, taxes, and wage laws., • High attention to detail and accuracy., • Ability to analyze data and identify discrepancies., • Excellent organizational and time management skills., • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills., • Maintain high level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism., • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines., • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, and Outlook) and payroll reporting tools. ABOUT THE ROLE: The next generation of chefs are evolving in DIG restaurants. Our scratch based kitchens are built around people with a true passion for real good food. We teach individuals who are excited to share their enthusiasm for food and transform them into skilled chefs.
