Brellium's mission is to improve the standard of care across the US healthcare system. We've built AI-powered technology that helps healthcare providers deliver safer, higher-quality care - starting with the first real-time medical review platform built to fix clinical and compliance risks before they impact patients. Each year, 1 in 20 people in the U.S. experiences a medical diagnostic or compliance-related mistake. Most providers lack the time, staffing, and tools to mitigate these issues - so they go unnoticed, impacting care quality and increasing clinical and financial risk. Brellium is building the AI-powered platform that helps providers deliver safer, more consistent care by mitigating risk early and aligning patient visits with clinical best practices. Our goal is to give every provider in the U.S. the tools to deliver clinically excellent, data-driven care - at scale. Brellium was founded in 2021. Since then, we've grown to serve over 250,000 providers across all 50 states who use Brellium to take better care of their patients and ensure data-driven, compliant care. We're a Series A company with over $30MM in funding from First Round Capital, Left Lane Capital, and Menlo Ventures. We're hiring our next Senior Product Manager for the Enterprise side of Brellium. You'll own the product our enterprise customers live in every day: every interface a customer touches, the integrations that connect us to their EMR, and the implementation process that gets them live. Enterprise healthcare customers are demanding, their data is messy, and their timelines are real. Your job is to ensure Brellium is a product that a 5000-clinician organization can adopt in weeks instead of quarters; and to build the loop making the next customer faster than the last. Customer-facing surface area. The web app, our notifications service, reporting, our API, and permissions. Everything a customer sees, uses, and administers. EMR integrations. The connective tissue of the product. You'll decide what we build, what we buy, and how we make integrating with a new EMR go from a project to a configuration. Implementations. Large enterprise rollouts, where you'll be close to the customer and accountable for time-to-value. And productizing our smaller implementations, turning repeated manual work into product so the team scales without headcount. • Own problems end-to-end: discovery, definition, build, launch, and the follow-through after launch., • Work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering. You'll be in the technical detail on integrations, data models, and permissions enough to make real tradeoffs instead of just relaying them., • Turn implementation work into product. Find the manual steps, the spreadsheets, and the one-off scripts, and replace them., • Partner with sales, CS, and implementation on live accounts and bring what you learn back into the roadmap., • Sit with providers and administrators. Understand their workflow before proposing a solution., • You have 36+ years in product at a B2B SaaS company with a genuinely high product bar, and you can point to what you shipped there., • You've worked deeply with an engineering organization. You're comfortable in technical discussions on APIs, integrations, and data, and engineers seek you out rather than tolerate you., • You've owned something with real customers and real consequences, ideally including enterprise accounts, integrations, or implementation., • You're a clear, concise communicator who can hold a line on priorities across engineering, GTM, and customers., • You learn domains fast. Healthcare compliance is learnable; the willingness to go deep is not., • You balance intuition and data, and you're comfortable deciding without complete information., • You are technical enough to prototype, query the database, or read the code., • Experience with healthcare data or EMR integrations., • Background in a delivery, forward-deployed, or implementation-adjacent product role. Compensation: $200,000 - $250,000 We are committed to offering a comprehensive and competitive total rewards package, including robust health benefits, commuter benefits, and meaningful ownership opportunities through equity. Compensation decisions are made holistically, ensuring fairness and alignment with market benchmarks while recognizing individual contributions and potential. • 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, • Equity Compensation, • Dinner Provided via DoorDash & stocked kitchen for NY employees, • Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage coverage of up to 100% premiums for you and your family, • HSA / FSA, • 11 paid holidays each year, • Unlimited PTO, • Training and professional development, • Hybrid Work Schedule (4 days onsite, 3 if located > 1 hour away) Bias to Action: Brellium teammates do not wait to make reversible decisions or seek unnecessary approval. We quickly decide and move forward. If the decision was incorrect, we quickly reverse it and move forward. Thinks for themselves: Brellium teammates do not take things at face value. We ask "why" until base truth is reached. If a better solution is present, Brellium teammates use it, regardless of status quo. Negative Maintenance: The opposite of high maintenance isn't low maintenance - it's negative maintenance. Brellium teammates are poised under pressure, self-motivated, self-improving, self-disciplined, self-aware, and non-defensive. Expect Excellence: We hold ourselves to exceptionally high and continuously rising standards. We strive for thoughtfulness in our decision making, and for speed and quality in our execution. We acknowledge trade-offs and communicate proactively. Communicate with Clarity: Brellium teammates communicate concisely, directly, and purposefully. We optimize for ensuring our points are easily understood the first time. We are aware of fraudulent job offers claiming to be from Brellium. Working at Brex allows you to push your limits, challenge the status quo, and collaborate with some of the brightest minds in the industry. Were committed to building a diverse team and an inclusive culture and believe your potential should only be limited by how big you can dream. Following Capital Ones acquisition of Brex, AI is one of our biggest areas of investment with real backing and stability behind the bet. The Product team is at the forefront of Brexs mission to empower employees anywhere to make better financial decisions. With a deep understanding of the business, we identify and scope out the most impactful opportunities for Brex to tackle. We are responsible for aligning cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Design on key decisions. We set strategy and drive products from inception to launch, enabling Brex to grow rapidly and help our customers reach their full potential. The AI team is working to give every finance admin two people they cant hire today: an auditor and a business analyst. • The auditor. An agent that reads a companys own expense policy and audit rules and reviews every transaction against them. It investigates what looks wrong, gathers the missing context by going back to the employee who spent the money, groups what a human should look at, recommends the action, closes what it can safely close, and surfaces the patterns underneath: which policies are constantly broken, which employees are repeat risks, where the real exposure is. Done right, it turns expense compliance from a post-mortem into a first line of defense that runs on every transaction, and shrinks the review pile to the exceptions that genuinely need a person., • The business analyst. An agent that answers the questions an admin would otherwise hand to an analyst asked in plain language against their real spend data then learns which numbers they care about, turns those into reports their whole company can use, and eventually watches those numbers and tells them when something is off. It starts as a junior analyst who runs queries on request and grows into the analyst for the entire business. Together they add up to a single answer for the customer: am I in control of my companys money? As a PM on Finance Admin AI, youd take point on one of them with real, end-to-end ownership which one, and how much of the other you pick up, is something well shape around where youre strongest and what the team needs when you start. Both are early and real in customers hands, with the gaps that implies. And no one has a finished playbook for this: what makes an agents judgment about a policy trustworthy enough to act on, how you evaluate an answer that has no single correct value, how you keep quality moving up as the models shift underneath you. Youll invent much of that, with the ownership and pace of a startup and the backing of an established company behind you. What youll do Youll work on our core AI team building agents for the finance admin and own one of these end to end. Youll set its product direction, decide which capabilities to build and how they should behave, and spend real time with controllers and finance teams to learn what theyll actually trust an agent to do on their behalf. From there you go as deep as it takes to make it real: shaping agent behavior, writing and iterating prompts, designing the evals that prove it works, and digging into traces when it doesnt. Youll partner closely with engineering, design, and research, and youll set the quality bar for agents that customers rely on to keep their spend clean and their numbers right. Where youll work This role will be based in either our San Francisco, Seattle, or New York City office. You must be willing to work in the office at least 3 days per week on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Remote work is allowed up to 4 weeks per year, in increments of at least one week. Responsibilities • Own product direction for your area of the Finance Admin AI surface the strategy, the roadmap, and the day-to-day calls on what ships., • Translate messy, company-specific finance workflows expense policies, review and approval chains, month-end close, the way each customer actually enforces its rules into agent behavior that holds up in production., • Define what good judgment means for an agent operating on someone elses money, and build the evals, prompting approaches, and feedback loops that get it there then re-invent them as the underlying models and tooling shift., • Get hands-on. Prototype, measure, read transcripts and traces, and iterate toward what actually works rather than what looks good in a demo., • Earn autonomy incrementally: figure out where the agent should recommend, where it should act, and how a customer builds enough trust to let it move from one to the other., • Work directly with finance admins at real companies, and let their usage not assumptions drive the next iteration., • Set and defend a high quality bar for agents operating in a trust-critical, financial context. Requirements • Youre an experienced product manager. You have a track record of owning complex, user-facing products end to end setting direction and shipping to real users with the scope and judgment this senior role calls for., • Youve built for company admins, and youve built it for customers. Youve shipped software to the personas who keep a company running finance, accounting, HR, payroll, IT, compliance, data and you know how much this can vary from one company to the next. It matters that this was product you sold to other companies, not an internal system inside your own., • Depth in company workflows or in data and reporting, and genuine interest in the other the queues, approvals, and exceptions an admin works through, or how people get answers out of their own data and what it takes to model it so those answers are right., • You have technical depth, and youve worked on systems without a single correct answer. Having built agentic software is a strong plus. Probabilistic, optimization-driven systems where done doesnt exist and the work is making it steadily better: AI/ML, search and ranking, marketplace matching, risk and fraud detection, game engines. Youre comfortable when the spec is an outcome and a set of signals rather than a decision tree. Also, if youve shipped an agent that real users depended on designed the evals, iterated the prompts, worked out where it should act on its own versus stop and ask, and lived through the failure modes say so and tell us what you learned., • Youre comfortable with ambiguity and with systems you cant fully predict. You pull signal out of noise, make good intuitive bets, and ship and refine rather than holding out for a perfect answer. Perfect is the enemy of good here., • Strong product taste and judgment about whats worth shipping to customers and what isnt., • You move fast and go deep comfortable prototyping, reading data, and getting into the details rather than working through layers. Nice to have: hands-on depth in prompting or eval design; familiarity with fintech, expense management, or accounting workflows. Compensation The expected salary range for this role is $240,000 - $300,000. However, the starting base pay will depend on a number of factors including the candidate's location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity.
