Job Description Window and Door Pro is seeking a full-time Drafter to join our team. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Drafting & Design: Create detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD, including plans, elevations, sections, • Revisions: Update and refine existing drawings to reflect changes in design, specifications, or project requirements, • Team Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, and production staff to ensure drawings meet project specifications and quality standards, • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation. QUALIFICATIONS: • Previous experience working on residential and commercial projects, • Ability to interpret and work from technical drawings and specifications, • Experienced AutoCAD user, • Highly organized with an attention to detail, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: Benefits kick in after 90 days of employment [*] • Salary range: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year; commensurate with experience, • Paid time off for Full-Time employees *, • Hybrid Schedule: 1 days of Remote work available per month *, • Professional Development Opportunities: We invest in your growth by providing opportunities for professional development, including training, certifications, and mentorship programs.
