The Senior IT Delivery Leader is accountable for delivery outcomes — not just status reporting — across complex, strategic technology programs supporting Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and other functional domains. This is not a traditional project manager role. The Delivery Leader owns flow of work, capacity alignment, and bottleneck removal across cross-functional teams spanning internal stakeholders (Manufacturing, QC, QA, Supply Chain, Process Sciences, Facilities, IT) and external vendors in a GMP-regulated environment. Core Responsibilities Include: • Own end-to-end delivery outcomes for internal technology programs, including system implementations, upgrades, integrations, and sustainment work, • Translate strategic priorities into sequenced, capacity-aware delivery plans with defensible commitments to business and leadership, • Continuously identify and resolve delivery bottlenecks across people, process, and vendors — reducing cycle time, not explaining delays, • Own demand intake, prioritization, and capacity forecasting; prevent over-commitment through trade-off visibility and structured deferrals, • Own JIRA configuration and usage as a delivery management system, including backlog structure, throughput views, and milestone tracking, • Ensure delivery execution aligns with GMP and validation requirements; coordinate with QA to integrate validation into delivery plans, • Design and facilitate Agile delivery rituals appropriate to a regulated GMP environment, including stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives, • Adapt Agile frameworks to hybrid (Agile + waterfall) delivery models where GMP stage gates and validation milestones require it, • Produce and maintain multi-layered delivery reporting at team, program, and executive levels — data-backed, action-oriented, and consistent Required Qualifications: • Proven delivery ownership in regulated GMP environments (pharma, biotech, or med-tech), • Demonstrated experience managing capacity versus demand and actively removing delivery bottlenecks across multi-vendor programs, • Hands-on experience using JIRA to manage flow and delivery predictability, • Strong written communication skills with executive-level clarity, • Demonstrated experience running Agile delivery rituals in regulated or constrained environments, • Proven ability to adapt Agile frameworks to hybrid delivery models, • Experience translating execution data into operational and executive reporting Preferred Qualifications: • Experience delivering technology programs across internal functional domains (Manufacturing, QC, QA, Supply Chain, Process Sciences, Facilities), • Familiarity with one or more of the core platforms listed in Section 5 (LabWare, MES Client-X, Oracle Fusion, Veeva, Lab Bus, Enterprise Integration Platform, Maximo), • Working knowledge of GMP regulations, computer system validation (CSV), and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance
