Youll be the trusted right hand to senior leadership, orchestrating everything from office logistics and vendor wrangling to facility upgrades and administrative excellence. Your Mission (aka What Youll Crush Daily) Office & Admin Operations • Keep the HQ running like a Swiss watch from mail and supplies to scheduling and support., • Lead the charge on front office experience: greet guests, coordinate with staff, and be the face of our internal culture., • Be the go-to liaison for all things vendor-related: IT support, building management, external partners., • Design and implement smarter workflows, office policies, and admin systems., • Were seeking a dynamic Office Manager who will serve as the key liaison between our team and IT support, ensuring seamless communication and smooth technology operations. Logistics & Supply Wizardry • Track, stock, and restock everything from printer paper to breakroom snacks., • Handle deliveries like a pro: receive, sort, distribute, and ship with ninja-level precision., • Anticipate whats needed before its needed (seriously if the coffee runs out, its on you ). Facility & Project Management • Lead mini-makeovers of our workspace reconfigurations, moves, workstation upgrades., • Oversee building maintenance and repair work with hawk-eyed attention to detail., • Ensure our physical space is safe, secure, and up to compliance standards. What You Bring to the Table • 3+ years as an Office Manager, Facilities Coordinator, or Administrative Lead., • Organizational Jedi skills you juggle tasks without dropping a single ball., • Strong communicator articulate, professional, and direct. You're also quick to respond., • Discretion is your default. You know when to keep things tight-lipped., • Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and other workplace tools (bonus if you know Asana, Slack, or office management software)., • Physically able to lift 50 lbs. and operate standard delivery equipment like a dolly., • Facility management and vendor coordination experience? Huge plus., • Local vendor knowledge in the Phoenix area? Even better. Working Environment & Expectations Youll spend your time in: • A professional office environment (standing, sitting, walking, repeat)., • Vehicle and facility settings (expect temperature shifts, noise, and some uneven terrain)., • Travel occasionally for meetings or training., • Work the occasional evening or weekend when duty calls (we respect your time, but flexibility is gold).
