The dedication and innovation our team brings to work every day is what makes us different.” – Russell Leo The Role As a Weekend Overnight High Reach Forklift Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers’ products are received, stored, picked, and shipped safely and accurately. RLS provides the tools, training, and support needed to become a cold chain expert. Schedule: Friday – Sunday | 5:00 PM – approximately 5:30 AM Training Period: New hires should expect to train on the weekend day shift for up to 30 days prior to transitioning to the overnight schedule. Important Note on Hours: While the shift begins at 5:00 PM, this role does not have a set end time. Our team works until the day's operations are complete. Candidates must be comfortable with variable end times and should plan accordingly. We value team members who take ownership of seeing the work through to completion. Key Facts • Work with industry leaders in cold chain logistics, • Exposure to multiple areas of the supply chain through collaboration with other RLS business units, • Collaborative, team-oriented work environment, • Operate in a resilient, recession-proof industry, • Temperature-controlled environment: 0–36°ree;F Core Responsibilities High Reach Forklift Operators are a key component of the customer experience and are responsible for handling product safely and accurately in accordance with RLS standard operating procedures.
