The Lead Teacher at Brooklyn Free Space (BFS) is responsible for the general supervision and management of a classroom. She or he must be professionally prepared as a teacher of young children, especially in the field of early childhood development. This person must be a sensitive and mature individual who is able to relate well to all members of the school community and to effectively lead a teaching team.
