Auto Mechanic Responsibilities: Working with the manager and other mechanics to diagnose and repair the mechanical and electrical components of vehicles. Completing preventative maintenance on vehicles, such as performing oil changes, flushing and replacing fluids, and replacing brakes. Role Description Amare Wear is seeking a passionate and experienced Store Manager to lead our Soho location. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, overseeing daily store operations, and developing a high-performing team. The ideal candidate is a natural leader who thrives in a boutique retail environment, loves working with people, and is excited to help grow a luxury jewelry brand. Weekend availability is required. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to achieve sales and customer experience goals. Recruit, train, and onboard new team members while maintaining consistent service standards and product knowledge. Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable team culture. Manage scheduling, shift coverage, performance reviews, and ongoing team development. Sales & Customer Experience Drive store sales and exceed performance goals. Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable in-store experiences. Educate customers about permanent jewelry, gemstones, charms, and the stories behind our collections. Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently. Lead by example on the sales floor and support the team during peak business hours. Operations & Inventory Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures. Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the boutique is clean, organized, and aligned with the Amare Wear brand. Manage inventory accuracy, cycle counts, receiving, restocking, and loss prevention. Continuously identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Permanent Jewelry Perform permanent jewelry welding with precision and confidence. Maintain the highest quality standards for all permanent jewelry services. Assist customers with welding services and customizations. Laser engraving experience is preferred. Qualifications 3+ years of retail management experience. Proven experience managing a team of 2 or more employees. Experience in jewelry, luxury retail, or boutique retail preferred. Permanent jewelry welding experience required. Strong sales ability with a proven record of meeting or exceeding goals. Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills. Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented. Outstanding communication and leadership skills. Positive, professional, and collaborative attitude. Passion for mentoring and developing team members. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Degree or certification in Jewelry Design, Business, Fashion, or a related field is a plus. Clearly and accurately communicate details from the appointment to the Residential Coordinator, Medical Compliance Officer, and/or designee., • Follow and demonstrate understanding of medication policy and procedures in the monitoring and administration of the client’s medications. Completes Medication Error Report when needed., • Ensures home, grounds, yard and van are maintained in clean, safe, and sanitary condition., • Ensures meals are prepared and planned based on clients’ individual diet, client input, and the planned menu for the month., • Ensures that the Recreation Calendar is carried out as per client input and as per the planned calendar completed each month., • Responsible for competing all required documentation to include but not limited to, daily logs, communication logs, and behavior reports., • Ensures line of sight for the individual(s) being supported is maintained and completes reports accordingly., • Responsible for adequately and completely cleaning the home during any shift worked., • Ensures that a client’s dignity is not compromised in any way., • Responsible for reporting all emergencies or unusual incidents to direct supervisor., • Cooperates with the licensee and Department staff in any inspection, inquiry or investigation.
