Experience leading eLearning development projects, either in-house or external (third-party vendor) development is preferred, but not required., • Proven experience in designing and developing compliance training programs and elearning modules., • Knowledge or experience using course authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline 360 / Rise 360) is a plus., • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously., • Knowledge of learning management systems, especially troubleshooting online training issues, and intermediate skills in Microsoft Office with experience analyzing large data files and providing high-level information., • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
