Job Description • Make weekly/monthly/ annual maintenance logs for all grounds equipment and vehicles, • Make repairs on all vehicles at the cemetery, including loaders, backhoe’s, dump trucks, cars and utility vehicles, • Coordinate with the director of operations all purchases for vehicles, crematory equipment and HVAC and make repairs, • Participate in monthly safety and equipment meetings, • Help oversee all inventory control for maintenance, vehicle and crematory supplies, • Update and keep current with all safety issues; fire codes, gasoline distribution, pesticide regulations, spill procedures, first aid equipment, elevator codes and compliance, HVAC inspections, • Current certified mechanic, • Ability to obtain or currently have: Certificate of Fitness for Gas and Diesel distribution, Storage tank certifications, Fire Safety Certificates, AED and CPR certified, first aid certification, • Report to and work closely with the Director of OperationCompany DescriptionSt. Michael's is a religious cemetery open to people of all faiths.
