As the key employee of the building operations, the Superintendent is essential to the longevity of all equipment and the aesthetic nature of the property, interior, and exterior. Job Description Under the direction of the Director of Tenant Services, the Superintendent will be responsible for the overall maintenance, custodial, and upkeep of a building. Job Description The Assistant Director Facility Management supervises and manages assigned facility maintenance staff that provide a full range of maintenance services throughout Safe Horizon’s network of assigned facilities. Job Description PRIMARY FUNCTION/PURPOSE: Under the supervision of the Program Director, the Director of Building Maintenance oversees all maintenance, janitorial, and capital improvement projects for our Kenilworth location in Brooklyn, NY. This includes the care, cleaning, and inspection of public spaces within the development such as buildings, grounds, and garbage disposal areas, in accordance with established procedures. This individual will ensure all building systems are maintained in working order, and recruit/interview for vacancies as coordinated by the Human Resources Department.
