Job Description The position is responsible for assisting in the architecture, design and administration of various physical and private/public cloud-based infrastructure, support and management of multiple operating systems and associated server hardware and cloud. This position ensures installation, upgrade, change control, real-time monitoring, accuracy, coordination, troubleshooting, problem resolution, capacity planning, backup and recovery, and disaster recovery (DR) architecture, design and planning for systems supported. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Serve as a primary resource for the design, administration and monitoring of our physical and cloud-based Infrastructure systems and technologies. Maintain understanding of future direction of technologies and products for application or IT systems supported. Analyze, administer, modify, configure and lead patch management for multiple, complex, and/or advanced operating systems. Design, implement and provide real time support and updates for servers and datacenters. Plan or support all phases of moderately complex projects. Implement consistent project management processes and standards for area of specialization. Provide project cost estimates for consideration in functional budget. Provide input to planning groups on the impact of prospective upgrades and work effort required. Perform impact analysis of new or expanding systems and coordinate with personnel to determine upgrades necessary to meet service level requirements. SPORTS & GAMES SPECIALIST ROLE & KEY TASKS As the Sports Head, you will report directly to the Programming Assistant Director and Camp Leadership Team and serve as the primary leader and decision-maker for all core sports programming at your camp site. You are responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing a high-quality, developmentally appropriate sports program that serves campers Pre-K through middle school, while supporting and coaching Sports & Games Specialists and Camp Counselors. This role is strategic, instructional, and leadership-intensive. The Sports Head owns the structure, quality, safety, and progression of camp sports programming and plays a critical role in staff development, camper experience, and overall camp operations. You must be physically present, highly organized, and confident leading both children and adults in a fast-paced camp environment. Sports Heads are senior leaders and role models who bring Kids in the Game’s core values to life every day while setting the standard for sports instruction, professionalism, and youth development across camp. We currently have 12 New York based camp locations and 1 Jersey City camp location.
