Job DescriptionDescription: Setup Configuration Analyst We are looking for a skilled and highly motivated person to join our Setup/Updates team as an entry level Setup Configuration Analyst. The primary responsibility of this role is to remotely perform scheduled setup of hardware and software for customers. As a Setup Configuration Analyst, you will work closely with our implementation/project management team as well as with customers to complete the assigned tasks. The ideal candidate should be detailed orientated, be able to work independently, possess the ability to work effectively with co-workers and customers, and exhibit outstanding customer service skills.
