Corporate Work Study (CWS) is an innovative, educational, and financial model that enables students to afford a private, college-preparatory education. Students earn their way through high school, while gaining invaluable work experience to better prepare them for college and the professional workforce. All CRB students attend classes four days per week and work one full day per week in entry-level positions at leading businesses, law firms, higher education institutions, and various civic, philanthropic, and governmental entities across New York City and beyond. The Student & Partner Success Associate works with the full Corporate Work Study Team to run a robust and efficient program for all constituents, including students and their families, CWS partners and sponsors, and the CRB community. The Student & Partner Success Associate is energetic, diligent, innovative, and instrumental in coordinating activities of CWS, focused on client relations and day-to-day operations. Primary Responsibilities Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Daily Operations - The Operations Team is responsible for client relations and day-to-day operations for this unique program that represents a core element of the schools overall college-prep curriculum.
