Position Overview The Assistant Principal supports the school in driving academic outcomes for students as a key member of the school’s leadership team. The Assistant Principal leads instruction and helps develop leadership among the school’s emerging leaders. The AP should consider themselves apprentices to the School Leader, and the AP should gradually build the capacity to lead a KIPP school. Duties and Responsibilities KIPP Capital Region Assistant Principals report to the Principal and are responsible for helping to create a positive, structured, disciplined school culture and for ensuring that students’ learning experiences are exciting and rigorous. The APs coordinate curricula and instructional content, coach teachers, assess student and teacher performance, and lead professional development. The core responsibilities of this position include: • Supports the development of the School Leader’s school-wide vision and takes an active role in investing and mobilizing teachers to achieve the collective goals of the school; owns the implementation of select school priorities in support of the school-wide vision., • With guidance from the School Leader, the AP leads the planning and goal setting for the grades/departments they coach and ensures alignment with school-wide goals., • Provides input into the school-based strategic planning, including identifying what the school’s strategic plan means for their leadership and the people they manage., • Supports the School Leader in identifying and developing emerging and teacher leaders (Department Heads and Grade Level Chairs) through goal setting, coaching, and providing feedback., • Supports teachers in understanding processes and roles in student support and intervention and develops systems and structures to ensure that limited time is spent on reactive student discipline., • Manages parts of the daily school operations (e.g., arrival/dismissal, lunch/recess, school trips)., • Develops deep mastery over the academic standards in the subjects/grades they coach and a strong understanding of academic standards for all subjects/grades. Understanding the implications of standards on what a student should know and be able to do, connects teachers with relevant resources to improve their content knowledge. Job Description We are currently hiring a Due Diligence Project Manager to work in the Environmental Division’s Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) and Construction Risk Services Due Diligence Program in LaBella’s Eastern New York Region. LaBella’s growing Environmental and Construction Risk Due Diligence Program is one of the largest and most established in Upstate New York and is quickly expanding into other geographies throughout the eastern United States. LaBella’s due diligence practice services a wide variety of clients consisting of municipalities, developers, attorneys, and financial institutions, each requiring client-centric, and sometimes creative solutions. The size, expected growth, and geographies serviced by LaBella’s Environmental and Construction Risk Due Diligence Program creates a unique and exciting opportunity for the professional growth of the right candidate while working with some of the region’s most experienced environmental professionals within the environmental due diligence/environmental consulting industry. A successful Due Diligence Project Manager will perform business development throughout the region to various client types to expand LaBella’s due diligence client base while also performing limited field work and technical aspects related to the completion of due diligence reports. The candidate should have experience in the completion of environmental due diligence reports including Phase Is, Transaction Screens, and Records Search with Risk Assessments (RSRAs) and construction-related products including Property Condition Assessments and Construction Monitoring/Draw Reports. Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 The specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location. Requirements • BS or BA in an environmental discipline required., • At least 5 to 8 years of experience with Phase I ESAs, Transaction Screens, and RSRAs, along with experience completing construction-related due diligence projects including property condition assessments and Environmental Professional required. Phase II ESA and remediation experience a plus., • Ability to review, edit, and provide QA/QC for environmental and/or construction-related due diligence reports., • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines., • Ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment., • Detailed knowledge and understanding of applicable ASTM standards (E1527, E2247, E1528, E2018), • Ability and interest in working with commercial lenders, developers, and legal clients., • Exceptional technical writing skills, • Ability to cultivate strong relationships within the team, • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Job Description Position Summary: The Program Director for the Bachelor of Science, Nursing provides academic, administrative, and professional leadership for a CCNE-accredited undergraduate nursing program. The Program Director is responsible for program quality, curricular integrity, student learning and outcomes, accreditation compliance, and alignment with institutional mission and strategic priorities. The BS Nursing program is delivered through a 1+2+1 collaborative model in partnership with St. Peter’s School of Nursing, requiring close coordination across institutions to ensure curricular continuity, regulatory compliance, and student success. The Program Director exercises primary authority over nursing curriculum, assessment, clinical education, and program accreditation, consistent with the requirements of the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) and the New York State Education Department (NYSED). The Program Director reports to the Chair of the Department of Allied Health Sciences for administrative coordination, faculty processes, and institutional alignment, and works closely with the Dean of the School of Health Sciences on accreditation-related matters, as appropriate. This is a full-time faculty position (0.5 FTE) with an associated administrative role (0.5 FTE).
