Responsibilities for Conference Services and Events Coordinator: • Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and conference room users, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment., • Coordinate all meeting and event logistics, including room setup, catering, AV requirements, materials, and signage., • Manage reservations and event details using Rendezvous booking software to ensure accuracy and efficiency., • Provide on-site event support, greeting guests, overseeing logistics, and resolving last-minute needs with professionalism., • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to confirm event details and ensure flawless execution., • Maintain organized event records, reports, and layouts using Visio and other internal systems. Qualifications for Conference Services and Events Coordinator: • High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred., • Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate hospitality, reception, or event coordination., • Excellent communication, organization, and client service skills., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Rendezvous, MyKastle, or similar systems preferred., • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a high-pressure, professional environment. cwtxdMet2U
