    We are looking for a Site Foreman at Porchetta Land & Site. Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Site Foreman who will be responsible for the following tasks such as but not limited to; managing crews, adhering to deadlines, creating a safe work environment and reporting to supervisors. You will oversee daily operations on-site, supervise crews, manage subcontractors, ensure deadline and adhere to budgets. Essential Job Functions: • Must be able to operate all types of machinery and be certified to do so., • Work the following machineries (excavator, bulldozer, wheel loader and backhoe), • Capable of managing and leading a 6-man crew, • Ability to transfer and set grades (elevations) accurately, • Strong understanding of site work and job flow, • Must be organized and able to handle job site paperwork, • Understand blueprints and technical drawings, • Regularly reporting to project manager and assistant project manager on updates throughout the job lifespan, • Emphasizes safety in the workplace and usage or equipment following OSHA standards, • Completing projects from start to finish and meeting and adhering to deadlines, • Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment, • Keeping track of expenses and budgets within the job, • Having to work weekends on special projects and working flexible hours (typical work week is 50 hours a week), • Familiar with HeavyBid, HCSS is a plus but not required, • Spanish speaking is a plus but not required Experience • 2-5 years experience, • Demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects at the same time, • Strong understanding of OSHA standards, • Familiar with HeavyBid and HCSS,, • Reading and understanding blueprints Benefits • PTO, • Medical insurance, • Dental insurance, • 401(k) Send resume
