Consult with clinicians to identify client’s presenting concerns, treatment planning, service delivery, and discharge planning., • Direct Services: Provide direct services to clients and families based on needs of program., • Data reporting: Either directly or through task delegation to staff, complete data reporting as required by agency, county and OMH., • On-call support: Manage on-call scheduling and responsibilities for clinicians and rotate on-call supervisory coverage responsibilities within the PHP supervisory team., • Staff Recruitment and Training: PHP staff recruitment, interviewing, hiring, onboarding and development in partnership with Director of Partial Hospitalization Programs., • Agency and Community Partnership: Represent program in Astor committees as assigned and represent agency in community meetings/committees as assigned.
