Job Description JOB DEFINITION: Will work with the CN Guidance Youth ACT team to provide that portion of direct patient care which is unique to the psychiatric nurse practitioner profession, and which is guided by terms set forth in the Collaborative Practice Agreement between the nurse practitioner and a staff psychiatrist who may also be the medical director.
