Job DescriptionWe're looking for entrepreneurial minded people to manage and operate a Scream Truck! We provide the infrastructure and the truck, you become your own boss (a "Scream Truck Pro"), managing the daily operations of a state-of-the art, tech forward food truck. If you've been looking to start and operate your own business, but don't want to take on the risk, this role is for you! Minimum earning potential is $60,000/year, but we offer multiple commission and rev share opportunities to reach $80,000+/year. This opportunity is not easy, but it is REALLY fun and rewarding! What feels better than being a part of a community and doing something that makes people happy? The Scream Truck Pro is responsible for managing all daily operations for a single truck. This includes prepping the truck (cleaning and stocking), preparing premium, aesthetically pleasing ice cream treats, and delivering the Scream Truck experience to excited customers. You will also be responsible for reviewing and meeting revenue goals, training and supervising other operators ("co-ops") for your truck, following strict food safety and driver safety standards, A "Scream Truck Pro" is the customer facing leader of the brand and must ensure exceptional service standards are consistently met. SCHEDULE • Five (5) days per week (typically, but not limited to Wednesday-Sunday) year-round operating a Scream Truck vehicle, • Typical operating hours are 1:00PM-10:00PM, but can vary based on the season or day of the week, • One FULL weekend off per month between May and August, • One weekend day off per month OR one FULL weekend off every other month between September AprilCOMPENSATION • Annual base salary of $60,000 paid weekly ($48,000 base + $12,000 guaranteed gratuity), • 10%-15% commission on events you sell to new clients anywhere in our service area, • Very achievable 10% rev share bonus for all revenue earned above your annual revenue goal, • Paid vacation/PTO, • Company subsidized medical/dental/vision benefits (Optional), • Phone Stipend, • Complimentary annual Scream Truck event RESPONSIBILTIES • Service customers via reserved routes, private events, pop-up events, corporate events, and community events within the assigned territory, • Stocking and cleaning the truck for each days operations, • Training and evaluating full and part-time Co-Op(s) that will assist the Scream Truck Pro complete all duties, • Regular meeting with Regional Manager to set a monthly operating schedule and review revenue goals, • Weekly deep clean of your ice cream machine to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, • Monitoring weather conditions to ensure the truck operates on the most opportune days, • Alongside the Regional Manager, managing truck and equipment repairs & maintenance, • Review monthly financial information such as sales and costs versus budget, • Document and discuss current co-op staff performance and staffing needs or changes., • Expectation to work some holidays (Closed Thanksgiving + Christmas Day), • Executing special routes or event experiences (Santa on the truck, Free Scream for Mom on Mother's Day, New Year's Eve events, etc.)PERKS, • Be your own boss!, • Work mobile and OUTDOORS (not stuck behind a desk), • Free Scream Truck Treats + Free Annual Event + Discounted Events, • Be a part of an exciting startup that is just starting to expand nationally, • Upbeat and FRIENDLY Staff (find your new BFF), • Deliver to HAPPY customers (it makes us happy to see them so excited for Scream Truck)REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, • Squeaky clean driving record and ability to safely drive a large vehicle (think UPS or FEDEX truck). Responsibilities: Assist the mailroom for 1/2 the day , and then cover reception from 3pm to 7pm • Perform mail room functions, • Restock the company store, • Greeting visitors and employees; asking visitors if they would like a beverage; offering to hang their coat and/or store their luggage; directing them to a restroom, if needed., • Ensure security protocols are followed; contact the visitor's host to escort them to the correct destination ensuring that all visitors are attended to in a timely fashion., • Keep the reception area neat and organized at all times., • Schedule and maintain appointments and meetings utilizing online conference room/meeting booking system., • Add meetings for larger/configurable rooms to meeting tracker spreadsheet and ensure there are no conflicts with bookings and setups., • Manage Security Systems, ensuring data accuracy; creating ID badges as needed; reviewing security footage as requested by HR or a Workplace & Facilities Manager., • Run daily access reports for Workplace & Facilities Manager, adding names of visitors and those who forgot their badges., • POC for medical response, site emergencies and evacuations., • Member of Safety Committee.
