They are joined by an ambitious and experienced team from American Express, Citi, PayPal, Capsule, Plaid, Bloomberg, Meta, Facebook, and Mastercard. The team is backed by some of the world’s leading VCs (Andreessen Horowitz, NEA, etc.) and is supported by an expert group of advisors including the cofounders of Square and Xendit, executives from Intuit, former Governors, White House senior staffers, and a co-founder of CityMD. Nitra maintains a hybrid work policy, with team members working from the office four days per week and Wednesdays designated as a work-from-home day. We're looking for:A Senior Brand Designer who will own the creation of high-quality visual collateral across marketing and sales. You will play a critical role in shaping how Nitra shows up in the world—bringing our brand, product, and value proposition to life through compelling, polished design. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, enjoys partnering closely with marketing and revenue teams, and is excited to build foundational design systems.Your responsibilities will include: • Owning the end-to-end design of marketing and sales collateral, including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, web assets, email graphics, social content, and event materials, • Partnering closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling visuals, • Maintaining and evolving Nitra’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all customer-facing materials, • Supporting go-to-market initiatives with fast, high-quality design execution, • Creating templates and scalable design systems to support a growing organizationYou have:, • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS, fintech, or startup environment, • A strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in visual design, layout, typography, and brand systems, • Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma required; Adobe Creative Suite strongly preferred), • Experience designing marketing and sales enablement materials that drive clarity and conversionWe offer:, • Equity - Everyone at Nitra is an owner.
