POSITION SUMMARY: The Director of Financial Planning and Budgeting reports to the Executive Vice President of Finance and assists in developing and implementing strategies and policies that support the agency in meeting its financial objectives. The Director works closely with the Associate Vice President (AVP) of Financial Planning and Budgeting and the Finance team to help develop, monitor, and evaluate organization-wide and program-specific budgets. Reporting to the Chief Development Officer (CDO), the Director of Development provides enterprise-wide leadership for development strategy, execution, systems, and team management, driving LIIF’s multi-million-dollar annual fundraising goals.
