Key Responsibilities • Prepare and review the effective tax rate, cash tax rate, tax account reconciliations, tax account analyses, and tax reserves, including all computational and reporting aspects of ASC 740., • Support the preparation and review of tax journal entries, as well as cash flow and balance sheet account analyses., • Identify, analyze, and document uncertain tax positions., • Serve as a key liaison and business partner with external advisors (tax planning, audit, R&D, and tax compliance) to ensure timely communication and coordination on tax filings and potential impacts., • Prepare and review foreign tax provisions., • Review U.S. federal, state, and international tax compliance forms prepared by third-party service providers., • Prepare and submit quarterly estimated income tax payments., • Manage and mentor the indirect tax analyst., • Research tax law implications related to planning activities, transactions (including acquisitions), audits, transfer pricing, and compliance., • Collaborate closely with tax planning, FP&A, accounting, and treasury teams to understand transactions and data impacting tax provisions and returns., • Assist with tax audits and special projects as needed., • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA required., • Minimum 7 years of corporate tax experience with a strong focus on tax provision and compliance., • Deep knowledge of ASC 740 and corporate income tax accounting., • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reconciliations., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to partner cross-functionally and with external advisors., • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail., • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment., • Experience with NetSuite and Avalara strongly preferred., • SaaS, fintech, or technology industry experience a plus. Job Description The Senior Data Engineer will join InvestCloud’s newly formed AI, Data & Analytics team, whose mission is to drive increased value from the data InvestCloud captures to enable a smarter financial future for our clients focused on enhanced intelligence. This is a unique opportunity to shape the architecture and technical execution patterns of a greenfield ecosystem to create a next-generation advisor and client experience. Job Description What does a great Client Success Manager do? An InvestCloud Client Success Manager is responsible for maintaining deep customer relationships to drive account revenue retention and growth. By collaborating with internal partners, the Client Success Manager delivers exceptional service and a valuable solution. This position sits within our APL business unit, and will manage and defend a book of business aligned by customer segment within a geography. The CSM will be accountable for the commercial close of all deals and retention of existing business. The Client Success Manager will also open larger solution opportunities and introduce Sales and Customer Success Managers. Responsibilities • Make the Client Happy, • Driving Relationship Governance to ensure that we’re making the client(s) happy at a personal level, • Connect with business sponsor on weekly basis while in delivery (monthly if not in delivery), • Maintain relationship powermap. If change in sponsors, build relationship with new sponsors, • Identify personal win for client and Drive alignment between InvestCloud and personal win, • Driving Executive Governance – Enforce executive governance on a monthly basis (quarterly if not in delivery) to ensure that Investcloud and the client are aligned on the status of the relationship and have an opportunity to drive resolution where necessary. Schedule a prep, Ensure the right people are in the room from the client and from InvestCloud, issue meeting minutes, • Build and long-term trusted advisor relationship within their accounts at C-Suite and E-Suite levels.
