We are hiring Instructors for The Little Gym of Jersey City, located at 380 Newark Ave. Essential Job Functions: • Teach GREAT classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method, • Providing outstanding customer service and membership experience second to none, • A background in child development, physical education and/or gymnastics is a plus, • Reliable and loyal, • Customer service experience, • Relates well to customers of all ages, • Great attitude and strong work ethic, • You love kids - especially while making them feel pride in the effort they put in., • You have a strong desire to be a part of a family, not just a job., • You have any background in child development, physical education and/or dance, karate, cheer, sports, or gymnastics., • You want to stay fit while on the job., • You’re totally open to being a goofball and love giving high 5’s., • Kids really like you, but their parents really like you too, • You love to have fun, but you know when to buckle down and do work, • Negotiable based on experience with opportunity to earn a salary, health insurance, dental insurance and 401k benefits
