Job Description Position Overview: We are looking for a driven, empathetic, and performance-oriented Patient Consultant to join our mission-driven team at Batash Weight Loss — leading provider of endoscopic weight loss procedures in the U.S. In this role, you'll guide prospective patients through one of the most meaningful decisions of their lives: taking control of their health through non surgical weight loss procedures. You'll engage with qualified leads in-person, by video, phone, text, and email to evaluate their goals, present our solutions, and, ultimately persuade them to secure their treatment. This role comes with high earning potential. We offer a base salary of $55K and target an additional ~60K+ in commission for a total compensation target of ~$115K+ annually. Why people love working at Batash: • Earning potential: Highly competitive, performance-based compensation, • Meaningful work: Help patients positively transform their lives and reclaim their confidence, energy, and health, • Autonomy & growth: Enjoy significant day-to-day autonomy with support from a high-performance team, • Industry leadership: Work in a world-leading outpatient practice offering best-in-class healthcare solutions available to patients from all walks of life Key responsibilities include: • Run a proactive, best-in-class consultative sales process from initial outreach to deposit through in office and virtual consultations (video, phone, text and email), • Engage and build trust and rapport with patients, addressing questions and easing concerns, • Proactively schedule and hold follow-up calls to discuss financing, confirm deposits, or re-engage patients, • Provide helpful, persuasive information and offer tailored solution to support & drive each patient's decision-making process, • Collect deposits, confirm procedure scheduling, and support handling of financing and medical paperwork (over a ~2-6+ week period), • Record detailed notes in the CRM to support seamless follow-up and patient care, • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth pre-procedure workflows Qualifications: • Fluent in English, • Able to easily manage 35 new leads per week and a book of up to 70-100 active prospective patients, • Comfortable and available to handle urgent calls and deposits during evening hours (up to 9 pm ET) and over the weekend, • Highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently (e.g., holding calls with no support, dealing with unexpected or challenging patient questions, etc.), • Consistently strive to deliver on & exceed targets, even if it requires working beyond standard hours, • Strong attention to detail as details can be critical Preferred: • Fluent in Spanish, • 3-5+ years experience in a sales or true customer-facing role (e.g., sales, customer support, flight attendant, luxury retail sales, hospitality sales, automotive sales)
