Job Description Schueller Insurance Group is seeking an Inside Sales Producer to join one of the top-performing elite agencies in the country! You will be responsible for generating results by helping customers with their property and casualty insurance needs inside our book of business. Through helping customers, you will also be responsible for assessing cross-selling opportunities in order to decrease exposures and provide better protection. Licensing: Active New Jersey Property & Casualty License is preferred. Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is advantageous. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Customer Focus: A keen ability to exceed client expectations and provide outstanding service. Team Collaboration: Ability to foster positive relationships and work well within a team setting. Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems and proficient in using digital communication tools.
