This role is responsible for managing end-to-end ocean and air import processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, optimizing operational performance, and driving service excellence. Import Operations Management (Ocean & Air) Oversee full-cycle import operations including FCL, LCL, air freight (direct and consolidated), and special cargo. Manage complete documentation flow including HBL, MBL, AMS filings, ISF (10+2), arrival notices, delivery orders, and customs coordination. Ensure strict compliance with U.S. Customs regulations, TSA requirements, bonded cargo procedures, and international trade laws. Monitor shipment milestones from origin departure through final delivery. Coordinate closely with customs brokers, carriers, co-loaders, truckers, CFS stations, and warehouses.
