Job Summary: We are seeking an Office Manager/HR Coordinator to oversee the physical operations of our Forest Hills office and support our HR team. This role includes Forest Hills facilities management, receptionist supervision/coverage, HR onboarding, benefits and leave administration, HR data entry, events coordination and execution, and more. The ideal candidate is a professional, friendly, assertive, and flexible individual with strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Office Management * Responsible for all office maintenance (HVAC/copiers/elevators/kitchen)/light cleaning as needed * Responsible for all office projects, office upkeep, ordering, and renovation management * Coordinates staff meetings, creation of presentations and room set up/ordering food * Responsible for the physical state of the office at all times/light cleaning * Oversee keycards, IDs, office safety, first aid kit * Supervise receptionist/provider front desk coverage as needed Conducts HR Orientations and completes the onboarding process for new hires * Conducts stay, tenure, and exit interviews; communicates feedback/brings trends to light with suggestions for improvement (therapists, admin staff, management) * Responsible for HR processing including hires, separations, change in status as well as benefits and leaves of absence/FMLA * Tracking of I-9s and anti-harassment training * Unemployment claim completion, worker's comp, and employment verifications * Accurately processes all employee requests into the HR system and retention reports * Other duties assigned by Director as needed Our Mission: At Achieve Beyond: We believe that all children have potential. Qualifications and Other Requirements: * Minimum of 4 years of office experience * Strong Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills required * Able to manage an extremely high volume of emails daily * Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills required * Excellent demonstrated follow-up skills & attention to detail * Strong relationship-building skills-must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff * Must be resilient, flexible, and a multitasker. * Possesses a positive, can-do, positive personality * A great sense of humor helps! * Bilingual Spanish a plus! Physical Requirements: * Occasionally ascends/descends stairs going to, while at, or leaving work location or facilities traveled to for work events. * Occasionally moving and/or lifting objects at work, weighing up to 35 pounds, such as files or copy paper. * Must be able to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time up to 90% of the workday, working on a computer/electronic device. * The ability to observe details at close range (within a few feet of the observer). * The ability to communicate information and ideas so that others will understand. Salary: $55,000; $30.21/Hr., Full-Time Position Summary The Adult Home Care Coordination Supervisor (Supervisor) provides clinical and administrative supervision to Adult Home Care Coordinators who are providing intensive care management services to individuals identified as Adult Home (AH) class members under the Stipulation and Order of Settlement, United States v. State of New York. The Supervisor oversees the care coordination, care planning, and other activities of the Adult Home Care Coordinator. The Supervisor also ensures that Adult Home Care Coordinators address unmet needs that impact on the transition from the adult home into the community. Essential Functions • Supervise all Adult Home Care Coordinators., • Assist in the interviewing process of candidates applying for Adult Home Care Coordinator positions., • Assist in the training of Adult Home Care Coordinators., • Evaluate the class member’s interest in transitioning from the adult home to the community., • Educate the class member on the benefits of transitioning to the community., • Team to provide support consistent with the care plan and to foster ongoing skill building and independence., • Re-assess the class member’s needs five months after transition to determine if the class member still requires Adult Home Plus case management services.
