    Live Jewelry Sales Host – Whatnot Company: Jewelry Hub Position: Part-Time / Full-Time Industry: Jewelry | E-Commerce | Live Shopping About Jewelry Hub Jewelry Hub is expanding into the live shopping space and is looking for a confident, engaging, and trustworthy on-camera host to represent our brand on Whatnot. We offer a wide variety of jewelry, including gold, silver, lab-grown diamond jewelry, and other styles across multiple categories and price points. Our goal is to create an exciting and enjoyable shopping experience while maintaining professionalism, transparency, strong product knowledge, and customer trust. About the Role As a Live Jewelry Sales Host, you will be one of the faces of Jewelry Hub on Whatnot. You will present and sell jewelry during live shows, interact directly with viewers, answer questions, explain products, and create an engaging shopping experience. This position combines sales, customer interaction, product presentation, and entertainment. We are looking for someone who can make viewers feel comfortable, keep the show moving, and create genuine excitement around our products. You should be confident speaking on camera and comfortable interacting with customers in a fast-paced live environment. Responsibilities • Host live jewelry selling shows on Whatnot, • Present a variety of gold, silver, lab-grown diamond, and other jewelry, • Clearly explain product details, materials, sizing, styles, features, and pricing, • Engage with viewers and answer questions in real time, • Create excitement around new products, auctions, special offers, and featured pieces, • Encourage viewer participation and help convert viewers into customers, • Build relationships with customers and encourage repeat business, • Maintain an energetic, professional, and trustworthy on-camera presence, • Learn product details before each live show, • Work with the Jewelry Hub team to prepare products and promotions for upcoming shows, • Understand customer preferences and help identify products that perform well, • Represent Jewelry Hub professionally across Whatnot and other social media platforms Ideal Candidate We’re looking for someone who is confident, polished, personable, and comfortable selling live on camera. The ideal candidate knows how to connect with viewers, present jewelry in an exciting and easy-to-understand way, and build trust throughout the shopping experience. You should be able to create energy around each product while maintaining a professional and credible presence. Strong communication skills, natural sales ability, and an engaging personality are important. Most importantly, we want someone who can make each show entertaining, build relationships with customers, and represent Jewelry Hub at a high standard. Qualifications • Comfortable and confident speaking on camera, • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, • Friendly, energetic, and engaging personality, • Strong sales and customer service skills, • Ability to explain products clearly and accurately, • Comfortable interacting with customers and answering questions live, • Ability to create excitement and urgency without being overly aggressive, • Dependable, professional, and organized, • Willing to learn about jewelry products, materials, styles, and pricing, • Comfortable working in a fast-paced live selling environment, • Ability to work independently while also collaborating with the Jewelry Hub team Preferred Experience Previous Whatnot or live-selling experience is a strong plus, but it is not required. We are also interested in candidates with experience in: • Jewelry sales, • Retail sales, • Luxury retail, • E-commerce, • Whatnot, • TikTok Shop, • Instagram Live, • Live streaming, • Clienteling, • Social media content creation, • Hosting, • On-camera presentation Previous jewelry knowledge is preferred, but we are open to strong salespeople and engaging personalities who are willing to learn. Compensation Competitive compensation based on experience. Compensation may include: • Hourly or base pay, • Sales commission, • Performance-based bonuses, • Additional incentives based on sales and live show performance Candidates with significant Whatnot, live-selling, jewelry, or retail sales experience may qualify for higher compensation.
