BroSis provides holistic and long-term support services to youth between the ages of eight and twenty-two. BroSis offers wrap-around evidence-based programming such as four-six year rites of passage programming, thorough five-day-a-week after-school care, school and home counseling, summer camps, job training, college preparation, employment opportunities, community organizing training, and month-long international study programs to Africa and Latin America. Based in Harlem, NY, but with a national reach, we publish assorted curricula and collections of our members writings; train educators nationwide on our approach; and organize and advocate for social change. POSITION SUMMARY: Reporting to the Director of Arts & Organizing and working closely with the Associate Executive Director of Programming, the Liberation Program (LP) Coordinator provides daily hands-on leadership and support for the Liberation Program, members and facilitators. The LP Coordinator is a vital link between Directors and the frontline staff of the organization. The LP Coordinator is responsible for managing and ensuring the success of the Liberation Program, and working collectively with other Coordinators and Directors to support the organizations overall programmatic vision. The successful candidate possesses strong people management and organizational skills coupled with an extensive youth development and organizing focused program background. They ensure overall program goals are met while taking time to manage, coach and develop program staff. The LP Coordinator proactively builds internal and external relationships and cultivates a positive supportive growth oriented team environment. The LP Coordinator holds space for youth leaders to emerge as social justice change agents, activists, and community organizers. You will be responsible for raising IAB's profile by working hand in hand with the IAB Centers of Excellence and business units to deliver upon key objectives. You will be charged with developing strategic plans to market the initiatives from each center/business unit as well as leading and coaching a team of marketers. You have experience managing a team and you will work in partnership with functional experts such as a social media lead, a website lead, designers, PR agency, external professional writers, marketing managers, and more to execute the marketing plans. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, you will manage a team of content marketers, and you will be a key player in strategic planning, driving awareness and engagement for IAB initiatives through your expertise of producing effective and innovative content marketing. What You'll Do: • You will serve as a strategic partner to the IAB business units supported by the Content Marketing team., • You will plan, craft, and execute the digital marketing and communications/PR strategy for IAB thought leadership initiatives, products, and webinars., • You will meet regularly with the Center of Excellence leads – including the Experience Center, the Media Center, and the Measurement Center, and other subject matter experts in AI, Commerce, Creator Economy, and other relevant thought leadership fields for IAB as well as business units such as Research & Insights – to learn about upcoming initiatives, then engage proactively and formulate strategic marketing plans and innovate content marketing ideas to support the initiatives., • You will be responsible for developing and presenting marketing plans to support the IAB Center of Excellence/business units' initiatives, including press, email marketing, organic and paid social media, web pages, advertising, collateral development, signage, and more., • You will produce marketing materials for various initiatives, including white papers, best practice guides, buyer's guides, social media content, videos/sizzles, presentations, and event logos/designs. This involves individually editing/word smithing, highlighting key insights, and working with writers and designers., • You will execute email campaigns using HubSpot email system and Salesforce CRM to drive awareness and engagement across initiatives., • You will meet with IAB’s PR agency regularly to educate them on each center/business unit's initiatives and to formulate strategies to maximize awareness, such as press releases, op-eds, bylines, news jacking, speaking opportunities, and more., • You will oversee press initiatives and drive the narrative in the story, as well as establish and maintain connections between the agency and the relevant IAB subject matter expert for press opportunities., • You will manage a team currently including two marketing managers, a marketing coordinator, and a designer. You will coach them, communicate effectively with your team and internal stakeholders, delegate efficiently, and develop your team for growth., • You will allocate resources efficiently, manage your team’s workload, and be a strategic planner working closely with the PMO team, IAB subject matter experts, IAB members, partners, and the center of excellence operations team. You love educating and speaking to an audience and have experience presenting marketing plans to large audiences., • You have hands-on mastery of email marketing platforms (HubSpot), CRM tools (Salesforce), design and interactive tools (such as Canva/Flourish), WordPress, Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media posting platforms, or HTML/CSS, and like developing innovative ways, improving processes, and finding new tools., • You love working solo and with a team. You have experience engaging with groups cross-functionally and working solo., • You are a rock star at project management! You have proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with numerous constituents and delivering excellent work with a proactive approach., • You are digitally connected and savvy. You are highly proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom), and SharePoint.
