Position Summary The Temporary Project Coordinator supports cross-functional teams including Design, Product Development (PD), Purchasing, Sales, and Operations during a maternity leave coverage period. This role is responsible for coordinating pre-order creative and operational workflows, including new item development, artwork, structural packaging, and special projects. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. This role focuses on coordination, tracking, communication, and execution support across departments to ensure timely and accurate project delivery. Essential Functions • Coordinate between Design, Product Development, Purchasing, and Sales for pre-order creative projects including new items, artwork, and packaging initiatives., • Track and support execution of special projects from initiation through completion, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met., • Maintain a centralized library of customer presentations and marketing materials., • Compile and submit costing requests in coordination with Finance to ensure accuracy and timely processing., • Organize and route information for CWRs to appropriate teams for prioritization and execution., • Track project workflows through systems such as Minted and communicate updates across studio, sales, and production teams., • Collect and organize BOM data for ICBMS, including specifications, UPCs, and NIDs, ensuring accurate system entry., • Compile and manage PDRF submissions, including tracking timelines and coordinating communication between PD, Sales, Purchasing, and customers., • Support preparation of contracts, routing guides, and selling agreements in collaboration with internal teams., • Assist with forecasting preparation (developed by support staff) and coordinate updates with Purchasing on SKU-related changes., • Support SKU consolidation efforts in coordination with Purchasing to improve efficiency and reduce redundancy., • Participate in weekly cross-functional check-ins to support alignment on priorities and timelines., • Monitor project schedules and flag potential delays or risks, particularly during peak seasonal periods (Q4, holiday planning, VIP accounts).Required Qualifications, • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)., • 5+ years of experience in project coordination, operations support, product development support, or similar cross-functional role in manufacturing or CPG environment., • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a deadline-driven environment., • Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP), Minted, or similar workflow/project tracking tools., • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills., • Ability to work effectively across sales, design, production, purchasing, and finance teams.Preferred Qualifications, • Experience in food manufacturing, consumer goods, or packaging industries., • Familiarity with BOM creation, SKU management, and product lifecycle processes., • Experience supporting forecasting or product planning processes., • Exposure to process improvement or operational efficiency initiatives., • Experience supporting trade shows, retail presentations, or customer-facing marketing initiatives.Compensation, • Hourly rate: $30.00 – $37.00 per hour, commensurate with experience Temporary employees in this role are not eligible for company-sponsored benefits, including but not limited to health insurance, retirement plans, or paid time off, except where required by law.
