Job Description Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician Old Fort, OH facility Schedule: Thursday & Friday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM; Saturday & Sunday, 11:00 AM–11:00 PM Pay: $40.79/hour base + $1.75/hour shift differential, bonus eligible About the Role We're hiring an experienced Electro-Mechanical Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair the electrical and mechanical systems that keep our production facility running. This role is roughly 70% electrical, 30% mechanical, and covers everything from high-voltage switchgear and PLCs to pumps, gearboxes, and conveyors. What You'll Do • Install, monitor, test, repair, and replace electrical circuits, motors, lighting, circuit breakers, and transformers, • Operate, repair, and maintain high-voltage switchgear, motor control centers, and PLCs, • Troubleshoot PLC-based systems, instrumentation, and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), • Diagnose and repair electronic control components, including ground fault tracing and cable replacement, • Plan and install wiring, conduit, and electrical apparatus in machinery and buildings, • Diagnose, repair, and replace mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components (seals, gaskets, bearings, pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, mills), • Execute preventive maintenance schedules and routine inspections, • Interpret blueprints and work from sketches or verbal instructions, • Create work notifications in the Maintenance Management System, • Work closely with the controls engineer, • Follow all GMPs, SOPs, JSAs, and safety procedures; wear required PPE What You Need • HS diploma or GED, • Minimum 5 years' experience as an industrial electrician, with mechanical equipment repair experience, • Strong working knowledge of AC/DC motors, PLCs, relay control systems, and analog controls, • Ability to read electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics, • Knowledge of NEC, UL standards, and Allen-Bradley controls, • Forklift certified, • Black Seal boiler operator license desirable, or willingness to obtain one, • Experience in fast-paced manufacturing (consumer goods, food, or pharma preferred), • Ability to work in compliance with FDA/GMP regulatory requirements Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance; basic life insurance; paid vacation, sick time, and parental leave; paid holidays; 401(k) with company match and profit-sharing; Discounted Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
