This opportunity is structured as an independent contractor role. The CCO will serve as an independent and objective leader, ensuring that all four entities comply with applicable laws, regulations, funding requirements, and internal policies. This independent contractor position is structured for approximately 4–6 hours per week. The CCO will maintain independence from management, coordinate with external third parties when needed, and report directly to the Board of Trustees.
