    Harlem Shake is looking for an experienced and dependable Line Cook to join our kitchen team at our Harlem location. Our line cooks work in a busy, fast-paced kitchen preparing burgers, fries, chicken, shakes, and other menu items according to Harlem Shake recipes and quality standards. This position requires speed, accuracy, teamwork, and strong attention to food safety and cleanliness.     Job Overview Steady Steps Counseling is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to serve as a Clinical Supervisor. The Clinical Supervisor will provide clinical oversight, guidance, and supervision to our LAC and LSW staff, supporting their professional development and ensuring the delivery of ethical, effective, and high-quality client care. The role will include providing regular supervision, case consultation, support with clinical decision-making, and guidance related to treatment planning, documentation, risk assessment, and professional development. The Clinical Supervisor will also help ensure that clinical practices remain consistent with professional standards, New Jersey licensing requirements, and the values of Steady Steps Counseling. Responsibilities • Provide individual and/or group clinical supervision to eligible clinicians and supervisees., • Support clinicians in developing effective treatment plans and appropriate clinical interventions., • Review clinical documentation and provide feedback regarding quality, accuracy, and compliance., • Provide consultation regarding complex cases, risk assessment, crisis situations, and clinical decision-making., • Support clinicians in maintaining appropriate professional boundaries and ethical standards., • Assist with onboarding and ongoing clinical development of therapists., • Promote the use of evidence-based and client-centered therapeutic approaches., • Maintain appropriate supervision documentation and records., • Collaborate with practice leadership regarding clinical needs, policies, and quality improvement., • Remain current with applicable New Jersey social work regulations, licensing requirements, and ethical standards. Follow emergency response procedures for transportation incidents, including CPR and first aid when necessary, to address passenger health or safety issues promptly. Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle interior and exterior, performing pre-trip inspections and reporting any mechanical issues immediately. Communicate effectively with passengers using clear language; manage behavior and discipline when needed to ensure a respectful environment. Respond quickly to traffic changes or route adjustments to ensure on-time arrivals while prioritizing passenger safety. Adhere to all driving codes, policies, and local/state commercial driving laws while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times. Experience Proven experience in driving, including transit bus operation, school bus driving, truck driving with a strong understanding of traffic laws and safety regulations. Experience working with seniors is highly desirable; ability to manage behavior and provide compassionate customer service. Knowledge of emergency response procedures for transportation situations such as accidents or medical emergencies; CPR certification is a plus. Familiarity with wheelchair assistance techniques Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are an advantage for serving diverse communities. Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements; knowledge of vehicle codes and transportation safety regulations required.
