Overview: We are seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic to inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain our fleet of diesel-powered buses. The ideal candidate is a skilled technician who takes pride in keeping vehicles safe, reliable, and road-ready, ensuring our drivers and passengers get where they need to go without interruption. What You’ll Own & Elevate • Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by the supervising BCBA., • Deliver one-on-one services in home, school, and community environments while maintaining clinical fidelity and professionalism., • Use evidence-based teaching strategies such as Natural Environment Teaching (NET), Discrete Trial Training (DTT), prompting, reinforcement, and task analysis., • Support behavior reduction and skill acquisition goals in real time, while ensuring safety and respect., • Collect accurate data during sessions and document notes/progress updates in a timely and compliant manner., • Communicate observations and progress to the BCBA and clinical team., • Participate in required supervision, training, and team meetings., • Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA, mandated reporting, and professional standards.
