For more information, visit nyit.edu. NYTech' s Department of Physician Assistant Studies invites applications for a full-time faculty member to join our dynamic and collaborative team. This tenure-track position encompasses teaching with an emphasis on remediation, scholarship, service, and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate will contribute to the department's mission of preparing competent, compassionate, and knowledgeable physician assistants while complying with ARC-PA accreditation standards. Key Responsibilities Teaching Teach courses in the didactic phase of the program, including developing and delivering lectures, leading small group sessions, and facilitating active learning activities. • Develop and update course syllabi, learning objectives, and assessment tools in alignment with program goals, ARC-PA standards, and current evidence-based medicine., • Monitor students' academic and clinical performance and implement remediation plans for those needing additional support., • Collaborate with the Program Director, faculty, and staff on collecting, analyzing, and reporting program data for continuous quality improvement and compliance with ARC-PA standards., • Participate in evaluations of institutional support, curriculum, resources, operational policies, and clinical site performance., • Engage in scholarly activity, including research, publications, or presentations relevant to medical education or clinical practice., • Actively contribute to departmental, school, and college committees.
