Our new clinic, in partnership with Driscoll Children s Hospital in Corpus Christi, will serve hospital employees and their adult dependents Healthcare Professionals taking care of Healthcare Professionals. We are seeking Family or Internal Medicine Physicians who are passionate about practicing medicine with purpose. Schedule & Flexibility Clinic hours are: • Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM 5:00 PM We are ideally seeking a provider interested in working 44 hours per week. However, we offer flexible staffing options, including: • A job-share model with two providers splitting 20 and 24 hours per week, or, • A 36-hour, 4-day provider paired with an additional provider working 8 hours (1 day) per week Value-Based Care in Action • Focus on outcomes, prevention, and patient engagement not volume, • Smaller patient panels that allow for deeper, more impactful care, • 30- and 60-minute appointment times, • Low daily volume (8 14 patients), • Collaborate with experienced Registered Nurses and a Licensed Professional Counselor, • Rooted in compassion, integrity, and service, • A shared commitment to doing what s right for patients, providers, and the community Compensation & Benefits • Competitive compensation, • $20K Sign-On Bonus (full-time), • Comprehensive benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), and more), • Generous PTO, • $2,000 annual CME allowance + 1 additional week of PTO for CME, • Maternity benefit, • Malpractice coverage, • Reimbursement for licensure, DEA, and related expenses
