The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling personal injury cases from inception through trial, with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes for clients. Our attorneys will represent clients in various personal injury matters, including wrongful death claims, ensuring that their rights are protected throughout the legal process. Key Responsibilities • Manage a caseload of personal injury litigation cases from start to finish, • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs, • Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and trials, • Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing parties, • Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations in personal injury and litigation, • JD degree from an accredited law school, • Licensed to practice in the state of TX, • 4+ years of experience in personal injury litigation, • Proven track record of successful case outcomes, • Strong understanding of wrongful death and personal injury laws, • Excellent negotiation, research, and writing skills We offer a competitive base salary starting at 150,000.00/year, a collaborative work environment, exceptional benefits, and quarterly bonuses.
