Job DescriptionLitigation Attorney - Personal Injury Litigation Attorney - Personal Injury Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Litigation Attorney specializing in personal injury cases. The ideal candidate will represent clients in legal proceedings, provide expert legal advice, and work diligently to achieve favorable outcomes for clients. This role involves extensive litigation experience, strong advocacy skills, and a deep understanding of personal injury law. Key Responsibilities • Represent clients in court and during mediations related to personal injury cases, • Conduct thorough legal research and prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents, • Manage case files and maintain organized records throughout the litigation process, • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in cases, • Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to achieve the best possible outcomes, • Prepare for trial by gathering evidence, preparing witnesses, and formulating legal strategies, • Stay updated on changes in personal injury law and court procedures, • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school, • Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction, • Minimum of 4 years of experience in personal injury litigation, • Strong understanding of personal injury law and court procedures, • Proficient in legal research and writing, • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, • Experience in trial preparation and case management PTO 401(k) Health Insurance & more • For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
