What You Bring, • Hands-on residential plumbing expertise from running real service calls in real homes., • Knowledge of safety practices and local plumbing codes., • Comfort with technology: iPads, ServiceTitan, and digital paperwork., • Clear communication with homeowners — you’re confident at the kitchen table., • Personal accountability — you hold yourself to a high standard and track your numbers., • Valid driver’s license with a clean record., • Fluent in English. Physical Demands & Work Environment, • Regularly sit, stand, walk, kneel, squat, and stoop; use hands to handle tools and controls; hear and speak on the job., • Reach with hands and arms; climb ladders; work in hot/cold spaces such as attics and crawl spaces., • Frequently lift 50+ pounds., • Require close vision and the ability to adjust focus., • Work indoors and outdoors across New Jersey seasons; conditions vary based on scope of work.
