This role includes leading a jetting crew, operating jetting equipment, diagnosing drainage issues, and ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities: • Operate high-pressure jetting equipment to clean and clear sewer, storm, and drain lines., • Lead a jetting helper or team in daily operations and assign job duties as needed., • Diagnose and troubleshoot drainage issues using inspection equipment and experience., • Ensure proper setup, breakdown, and maintenance of jetting equipment and vehicles., • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including job logs and customer reports., • Uphold Crown Mechanical's safety standards and ensure crew compliance with PPE and procedures., • Communicate professionally with clients, project managers, and team members., • Train and mentor junior crew members in jetting operations and safety practices., • Identify opportunities for additional services or repairs and report findings to management. Qualifications: • Minimum 23 years of experience in jetting, drain cleaning, or related plumbing work., • Strong understanding of sewer and storm drain systems and jetting best practices., • Experience operating jetting machines, vacuum trucks, and locating equipment., • Valid drivers license required (CDL a plus)., • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and drain layouts., • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills., • Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs. and working in confined spaces and all-weather conditions., • Must be safety-minded and detail-oriented.
