If you want to hustle with integrity, you’ll fit. Work Location We are based in Conshohocken, PA (zip 19428). Most of our projects are right here in Conshohocken or within a 30–60 minute radius. The closer you live to Conshohocken, the better, since this is our central hub and starting point for all work. Applicants must live within 25-30 miles of Conshohocken ZIP 19428. Reliable transportation is required. We are hiring for two roles: • Carpenter’s Helper (1–3 years’ experience), • Carpenter / Journeyman Carpenter (3+ years’ experience) Carpenter’s Helper (1–3 yrs) Responsibilities: • Assist carpenters with framing, trim, doors, windows, decks, and remodeling work, • Measure, cut, and prep materials, • Operate basic hand and power tools safely, • Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe, • Follow instructions from carpenters and site supervisors, • 1–3 years construction or carpentry helper experience, • Basic knowledge of carpentry tools and materials, • Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn, • Physically able to lift/carry 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various conditions, • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Carpenter / Journeyman Carpenter (3+ yrs) Responsibilities: • Perform a wide range of carpentry tasks: framing, trim, siding, decking, cabinetry, doors/windows, etc., • Read and interpret plans, • Work independently and ensure high-quality workmanship, • Mentor and guide helpers, • Collaborate with project managers, trades, and clients, • 3+ years carpentry or remodeling experience, • Strong skills with tools, layout, and measurements, • Ability to work independently and lead by example, • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, • Own basic carpentry tools (preferred) Journeyman pay starts at $25/hr for the right person, and goes up to $35+/hr.” That gives a clearer baseline for the kind of level you expect What We Offer • Overtime pay (time-and-a-half), • Paid time off, • Medical, Dental and Vision, • Training and growth opportunities Please indicate whether you are applying as a Carpenter’s Helper or Carpenter/Journeyman.
