They may support project management activities and are responsible for task management and mentoring of less experienced designers, which may include directly supervising/managing others. The SA has the authority to recommend changes in scope as well as programming and commissioning activities to enhance project success. The SA is also responsible for reviewing drawing packages produced by project teams. Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that may be met by an employee. Work will normally be performed within normal office conditions and/or home office depending on location of SA. On occasions the employee may be exposed to construction site conditions.
