Summary Speech - Language Pathologist 1 is responsible for patient evaluation and the application of a wide variety of therapeutic techniques for the rehabilitation of patients with speech and language disorders, cognitive deficits, oral motor disorders, dysphasia, voice disorders and hearing disorders. Patient populations may include neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric age groups. As a Senior Coordinator, M&C, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to the Marketing & Communications (M&C) department, reporting to the Associate Vice President of Marketing and supporting the Associate Vice President of Communications. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Department Operations & Administrative Support: • Serve as the primary administrative and operational support for the Marketing & Communications department., • Manage department calendars, meetings, presentation materials, and special project logistics., • Act as a central point of contact for internal teams and external partners to ensure clear communication and workflow coordination., • Coordinate production timelines and logistics for marketing collateral, print and digital materials, event and building signage., • Manage inventory of promotional materials, ensuring timely reorders and efficient use of storage and distribution., • Support the execution of marketing campaigns, digital communications, and website updates in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies., • Track, reconcile, and maintain departmental budgets, invoices, reimbursements, and purchase orders in accordance with financial policies., • Research, solicit, and analyze vendor bids and proposals; prepare comparative evaluations and make recommendations for vendor selection., • Manage vendor agreements and procurement documentation, ensuring compliance with contracts and organizational standards., • Coordinate production of and manage distribution of promotional assets to provide support materials for signature events, community engagement activities, and donor initiatives, as needed., • Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and post-event summaries for leadership and board presentations., • Maintain organized records of contracts, vendor documentation, creative assets, and financial transactions., • Work closely with Development, Community Impact, and other departments to ensure alignment of marketing and communications efforts, • Support M&C leadership in planning, tracking, and reporting departmental priorities to enhance collaboration and efficiency. Requirements: Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related preferred. or equivalent experience. Experience Requirements: Three to five years of administrative, project coordination, or operations experience, ideally within a marketing or nonprofit environment. Technology Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Teams, Asana, Zoom, and procurement systems. Comfortable navigating web-based platforms and knowledge of modern web browsers. Job Summary: This individual is responsible for the overall operations and services of FirstLight Home Care to: 1) ensure quality and safe delivery of home care services; 2) coordinate services that reflect the company's philosophy and standards of care; 3) plan, develop, implement and evaluate the company's services, programs, and activities, 4) hire, on-board, and directly and indirectly supervise office and field staff, 5) improve office efficiency, 6) help achieve the offices mission and goals of providing outstanding customer service and building strong community relationships. Client Care Coordinator responsibilities include: • Manage day-to-day office and field operations to ensure quality assurance of services, • Answer phone and conduct intakes, take after-hours and weekend emergency calls, schedule issues, and client referrals/intakes, • Perform initial caregiver introductions, and on-going coordination and supervision of client services, • Assist with scheduling of shifts by matching caregiver qualifications and availability to clients needs, • Supervise and coach caregivers and conduct performance appraisals, • Complete appropriate visit records on time and according to policy, • Visit prospective clients after referrals are made to introduce FirstLight Home Care and on an ongoing basis as needed, • Stay current with changing technology, including software programs, • Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; and 2 years related health care/home care industry experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience., • Home Care experience, • Successful management experience preferred, • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office and or Google Suite and scheduling software required, • Must possess and demonstrate excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills as well as a positive and professional image, • Must possess and maintain a Valid Drivers License and maintain adequate auto insurance, • Ability to write reports and business correspondence, • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from team members, clients, customers, and the general public, • Ability to evaluate situations and make complex decisions using critical thinking and reasoning.
