Remote - New York Licensing Required (Active or Incoming) Who You Are * You believe in the importance of providing high-quality care to all communities * You are experienced in treating individuals with substance use disorders, such as OUD or AUD, and providing Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) as part of their care. * You are adept at learning new technologies and using technology in your practice, as we are a tech-heavy start-up. * You enjoy working in a collaborative work environment that values the support and mentorship of like-minded individuals. * You are dedicated and able to provide patient-centered psychiatric care * Can commit to minimum 20 hours per week (we are open 7 days a week) * Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus. What You'll Do * Psychiatric Evaluations and Medication Management: Deliver compassionate and high-quality psychiatric care, addiction care and medication management through a convenient telehealth platform, ensuring members receive accessible and effective care. * Team-Based Collaboration: You will be part of an integrated team of prescribing clinicians, nurses, and care coordinators that, together, will provide members with the highest-quality clinical care * Collaborative Case Conferences: Partner with your fellow clinical and care team to assess and adapt treatment strategies for high-risk members bi-weekly, ensuring they receive the most effective and holistic care possible. * Member Education and Health Promotion: Empower members with education on preventative practices and lifestyle habits that support long-term mental and physical well-being. * Continuous Learning and Knowledge Sharing: Stay informed about the latest evidence-based psychiatric practices and share key learnings with the ReKlame Health community, contributing to a collective pursuit of excellence in mental health care * Thorough Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate, detailed patient records to document symptoms, treatment plans, medications, and progress. Ensure comprehensive insights to support informed care decisions. Required Qualifications * A Nurse Practitioner license in the state of New York without any restrictions (active or pending) * A Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) certification (active or pending) * ANCC Board Certification in Psychiatry (active) ReKlame Health considers several factors to ensure a fair and competitive offer when evaluating compensation packages.
