Job Description The Wellness Nurse is responsible for the coordination, supervision, and oversight of clinical services within assigned areas of the community. This role supports the Director of Nursing by ensuring nursing operations, documentation, medication management, and regulatory compliance are maintained in accordance with federal, state, and local requirements.
