Position Summary We're looking for a detail-driven Insurance Coordinator to own the eligibility and authorization side of our ABA services. In this role, you make sure every client has active insurance coverage and valid authorization in place before and throughout their care --- verifying benefits, securing initial authorizations, and staying ahead of re-authorization deadlines so that no child's services lapse. You'll be the connective tissue between payers, our clinical team, and families, translating insurance requirements into clear next steps and keeping our authorization pipeline accurate and current. This is a role for someone who is organized, persistent, and detail oriented --- someone who takes real ownership of deadlines and follows through until each authorization is confirmed.
